Delivery Information

The currency for all sales transactions through our webshop is GBP.
The prices shown in our shop exclude VAT (value added tax) and carriage.
For sales in the UK  VAT at the prevailing rate will be added.
For international sales VAT will not be charged.
We cannot deliver to a UK address if the invoice address is outside the UK.

Carriage charge to UK destinations is 2% of invoice value, subject to GBP 12.50 minimum.
Carriage charge to European destinations is 7% of invoice value, subject to GBP 40.00 minimum.
Carriage charge to other international destinations is 8%  of invoice value, subject to GBP 60.00 minimum.
Delivery is generally by DHL or UPS. Instrumentation will generally be despatched within 5 working days.  Thyristor controllers may take up to 3 weeks.  We will advise you at the time of placing your order.  Or contact us before placing an order to check availability.
