Thyristor Stack for the control of 3-phase resistive heating loads. SRC2000-400A

The SRC2000 series of thyristor stacks is designed for 2-leg control of a 3-phase 3-wire resistive electric heating load. They are robust units of proven design and are supplied complete with semiconductor fuses for short circuit protection together with MOVs and snubber networks for protection against transient over-voltages. The standard product accepts a logic input signal (SSR drive).

• Current rating 400A at 50 degrees C ambient.
• Nominal supply voltage 380V to 480V AC, 50 or 60 Hz.
• Fan cooled.  Fan supply voltage 230V AC.
• Requires a logic control signal.
• Zero voltage switch on.
• Operates in burst fire mode or single cycle burst fire mode (depends on control signal).
